David is the Managing Director of PCL Planning Ltd and has extensive successful experience of strategic land promotion, including planning policy representations and examinations; obtaining planning consents and delivering new homes and mixed use schemes, public inquiries and planning appeals. David was previously Planning and Development Director of Midas Homes Ltd. He oversaw a period of impressive growth for the company (leaving with a turnover reaching circa £1 billion [500 units] per annum).

Alex Graves

Director

Alex is an accomplished Chartered Town Planner with 20 years experience working for local government, private practices and a law firm. He has expertise on a range of complex planning issues, predominantly relating to residential, commercial and leisure developments. Alex manages a varied caseload of projects including major applications for volume housebuilders, appeals and the strategic promotion of land.

Stuart has recently joined PCL Planning Ltd following a successful 25 year planning and management career in local government, including substantial planning policy, development management and major project experience. He led Sedgemoor District Council’s Planning Team for 10 years as Development Manager and subsequently Assistant Director, making them one of the country’s top performing planning departments with a reputation for pragmatic and solutions orientated decision-making to help facilitate growth and inward investment. 

Stuart was the Council planning lead on a number of major projects including Hinkley Point C, the Gravity Project and a range of major applications for significant residential, commercial and leisure development. At PCL Planning Ltd he will be drawing on this extensive experience to manage a range of planning projects promoting and supporting sites through development plan, planning application and appeal processes.

Will has joined the team having recently received his A level results and having completed an EPQ on Renewable Energy.  His Human Geography studies have inspired him to pursue a career in planning.

Will is studying for a Chartered Town Planning Degree at Bristol University. He hopes to graduate and become a member of the RTPI.

Rhonda has worked for PCL Planning Ltd for over 10 years and brings to the company extensive experience of accountancy practise. Rhonda is responsible for the accuracy of the accounts and also provides support to all consultancy team members.

Sarah Smith

Office Manager

Sarah joined the company having spent the previous ten years within a specialist Development Land department for a regional agent. She provides the company with extensive secretarial and administrative experience.
